Cerebera, the AI that starts and runs your company with you

Say what you want done, in your own words. She does the small things and tells you, shows you the big things before they happen, and writes all of it down.

Cerebera does what a small company needs done

Not a chatbot bolted onto software. One companion who works in every room of your business, and asks before anything real happens.

  • Name it and make it official

She checks the register, then tells you exactly what to type on the government form. We never file it for you - you do, and it stays yours.

  • Web address, logo, brand

She finds an address, draws six real logo files, and lays your brand out so you can see it on a van and a business card.

  • A website, written and hosted

She writes the whole first draft from what you told her. You change the words, pick a look, and press publish. We host it.

  • Posts, with the picture

A caption and an on-brand image for every platform, a week at a time. You copy it, post it, and mark it posted. Nothing posts itself.

  • Deals and quotes

Every enquiry in one pipeline. She adds a deal when you mention one, drafts the quote, and asks before a price reaches a customer.

  • Invoices and the chasing

She raises the draft from a won deal and writes the polite chase when someone is late. You read the letter, then you send it.

  • Customers

Who owes you, who paid, what was said. She keeps the notes and knows the story when you ask about someone by name.

  • Banking, explained

The real banks in your country, what they charge and who they suit. She points you to the right one. Opening it happens at the bank.

  • The dates that matter

The filings and renewals worked out from your own company, plus anything you ask her to remember. You mark them done.

Two ways to work, every page

Talk, or do it yourself. Your call, every time.

Press Talk on any page and it becomes a conversation that knows what is on it. She opens with the thing that needs you - the late invoice, the deal gone quiet, the post due today - and “the late one” means the one on screen.

Press Do it myself and it is the plain screen, tables and buttons, exactly as it was. The choice follows you from page to page and remembers itself.

Three kinds of yes

An AI that must ask before writing a note is an interviewer, not a partner. One that spends your money without asking is a liability. So she has three gears, and you can see which one she is in.

She just does it

Small things, told afterwards

A note on a customer, a deal moved along, a reminder set, a draft post written. Reversible, nothing leaves, and every one is written down.

Waits for your yes

Money, prices and letters in your name

She prepares it word for word and shows you a card. A chase letter, a quote, an invoice, a web address that costs money. Nothing happens until you tap yes.

Waits for your yes, and your word

Legal ground

Registering a company or handing your details to a professional also needs you to say you have taken proper advice. She never hurries you here.

Some things are only yours to mark

Money arrived. A deal won. A post shared. A step done at the registrar. When you tell her it happened, she hands you the button. She never presses it, and the record says it was you.

While you were away

She checks in every morning, so you don't have to

At the times you choose, she looks over your business the way you would: who is late, what is due, what has gone quiet. If something needs you she leaves one note, with the work already prepared. If nothing does, she says nothing. Silence from her means nothing needs you.

Starting from nothing? One road, walked together

The same eight steps for everyone. She does the work, you say yes, and the panel ticks green as you go. Already running a company? Skip straight to the rooms.

Honest by design

  • Practice mode is labelled, on screen and in the record, so a demo can never lie by accident.
  • Every action, approval and skip is kept in one plain-English record you can read any time.
  • We never file your company. She tells you what to type; you type it.
  • Your voice can say yes to a card, but never to legal ground and never to a mark that is yours.

Talk however you like

Type it. Tap one of her suggestions. Or press the microphone and say it out loud - she listens, answers, and reads the reply back. On your phone or at a desk, it is the same conversation.
